![]() ![]() ![]() In the Autoreply Settings box select the account on the left you want to set up the out of office reply, check the Send automatic replies for account 'X' box (where 'X' is the account you'd like to send out of office replies from). If you use a different email provider, the instructions will likely be similar check with your provider for details. Outlook for Mac Go to the Mail view in Outlook. Tap the check icon in the top right to save and activate your message. Now toggle Automatic Replies to on and type your message. Tap the Settings gear icon in the bottom left. Here are instructions for Gmail, iCloud,, Spectrum, Xfinity/Comcast, and Yahoo. Open your Outlook app and tap the Home icon in the top left. Instead, always set up such auto-responders in the server settings for your email provider, which are better about avoiding mail loops and will continue working even when your computer is offline.
